Cleaning campaign was done at the college Fine Arts On April 23, 2024, a significant number of students from the College of Fine Arts at The University of Sulaymaniyah, under the supervision of the College‘s supervisors and teachers, conducted a volunteer campaign to clean up and organise a large part of the college. The campaign، which was launched under the title of “my collegeis my pride ” led by Mr. Kosar Abdul-Majid lecturer in Plastic Art department and Awat Jabar، the general representative of the students. Approximately 70 volunteers attended most of them were the Plastic Arts department’s students and a number of Film and Music department’s students participated too. Cleaning and organising campaign cover a wide area of the college’s interior, squares, green areas and all the trash and extras that made the college looks unappealing were collected and discarded. Awat Jabar informed the Fine Art College’s website that they had been planning and preparing for the campaign for a week, and as a result on April 23rd, 2024, between 9:00 and 1:00 p.m. they were able to give the college a brighter and more beautiful appearance. This campaign was conducted under the supervision of Assistant professor Dr. Kozad Mohammed, the head of the college, and with his support, the campaign was successfully completed.
