 TodayWendsday (13/7/2016) at 5:30, department of plastic arts/college of fine arts has opened its annual festival for students of final stage titled ( a colorless year a colorful project ) at Amna Suraka Gallery . The festival supervised by (Dr. Rebwar Saed, Dr . Barzan Ahmed , Shirwan Ali, Rozhgar Kamal, and Ranj Hikmat).
